Throughout the journey, I will be keeping track of my weight every day, averaging the weights at the end of each week. For my own personal journey, I'm starting at 276 pounds and have a goal of 200 pounds (reflected by the blue and the red lines respectively).
Along with this, I'm also keeping track of weight lost percentage, referenced to 276 starting pounds. Given that I want to get back down to 200 pounds, I need to lose 27% of my current weight. Like the graph above, I will be keeping track of my weight every day, averaging the total weight loss percentage at the end of each week.
